Site Help Guide
Browsers
This site has been tested with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome browsers.
Mouse Clicks

Clickable items can be spotted on any web page, as your cursor will most likely change from an arrow, to a hand, when hovered over the text or image.
Navigation
On the home page the banner is shown that you can:-
Click on a picture for more information, or click on a title for more items in the same range.
This banner latter part also applies to 'the collections' - on blue bars on the side menu.
In fact clicking on a small (thumbnail) picture takes you to that items own page where you should find one or more prices and 'add to cart' buttons as well as a big image.
Zooming
If the picture that you get is still too small for you, use CTRL and + to zoom in as many times as you need. Use the scroll bars at bottom and right side to centre the part of page you are viewing. Use CTRL 0 to reset zoom.
Clicking on a title takes you to the range that contains that item. It is an identical action, to selecting that range in the side menu, on the left of every page (including this one).
There is, on each page, a top menu giving access to general site information - such as who we are, our opening hours, and how to contact us.
. . . . . . . . .
On each page selected there is, in red at the top of the page, an indication as to where you are, on the website. This is known as the Crumb Line. This also can be used to navigate back to higher levels of the site, by clicking on it, at the appropriate point.

Going back to the previously viewed page or pages, is often most easily achieved, using the browser back arrow, at the head of the browser page.
Prices
Each of the items has a small picture known as a thumbnail. There should also be a summary of information for the item. It also has the price(s) for the item and more 'add to cart' buttons. As previously, stated clicking on the thumbnail, takes you to a larger picture also with prices and add to cart buttons. Delivery charges may be found in advance of the checkout on the 'Terms' page.
Buying
Clicking on any add to cart button does not immediately cause you to have to buy, as there are later stages where the shopping cart (shopping trolly) can be modified or indeed emptied.
If you have sharp eyes you will notice some items have the same or similar names. So if you are phoning in your order to the shop make sure you have noted the Item Code (near the add to cart button) to ensure the florists know which one you want. Codes cannot be the same for different items - the website system will not allow us to use the same code twice.

When you have decided what you wish to purchase, either phone the shop, or buy on line by clicking on the add to cart buttons. When you get to the checkout decide which delivery charge you will incur, and select it and calculate the total cost. The website will then switch to the PayPal site to enable payment. When you have paid, select return, to the Bracken website to complete. Be aware that a quirk of the PayPal site is that, it thinks the delivery address is the card address, but ignore this if you have already filled in the delivery address on the Bracken site.
